Bracing myself 11-04-10

In retrospect, I am extremely glad that it is not my policy to use this update page to gloat about the weather down here in Sarasota. Not only has it rained much of the day, albeit for the first time in about 6 weeks, a cold front is coming! The temperature this Friday and Saturday is predicted to plunge to a daytime high of only 69 degrees! This is clearly not what I signed up for when I opened the Fitness Studio down here. Granted, it is supposed to get back up into the 80's by the following Tuesday, but I refuse to give up wearing shorts or flipflops in the interim. At least the beach will be pleasant for the weekend. Click here. Speaking of number 2, have you been reading or listening to some of Art Van's ads? I will try to post some of the more ridiculous claims. I will also try to forward the most misleading ones (the biggest lies) to Michigan Attorney General elect Bill Schuette and hope that this fine man decides to do the right thing.
