Joe Zada and Lake Shore Drive 11-22-10

The Joe Zada saga is complicated, to say the least. It has taken him years to screw over dozens upon dozens of people. Please do not ask me to unravel it in a few sentences or even several pages. It was only just lately that the criminal phase of the saga began. This too will take a substantial amount of time to unfold. All I want to do today is attempt to clarify his housing situation. As you know, he managed to redeem his 741 Lake Shore mansion (people, we have all seen mansions...it's really just a big house! He used other people to buy it back for about 900 thousand. He paid much more for it...but remember, even Ponzi schemers are not immune from the real estate crash. The house immediately to the south of 941 belongs to someone else now. They bought it for pennies on the dollar. And people, that house was never supposed to be for his mom! Joe's ultimate goal was to connect the two properties into one massive, look-at-me abode. Joe viewed this renovation as an investment into his Ponzi scheme. Surely, someone with such an ostentatious home right on Lake Shore Drive could be trusted to handle your money prudently, right? Incidentally, the new owners have been pouring money into new cabinets, plumbing, and electrical, because just like any low-life ghetto dweller, Joe had anything of even marginal value stripped out of the home before the bank could take it back. More clarifications to come...
