Art Van's A+ rating 2-25-11

You can fool some of the people some of the time...but it looks like my old buddy Art has managed to fool all of the people all of the time! According to the Better Business Bureau, he has a A+ rating. Seriously. I checked. No, I am not making this up! Say, you don't suppose he had various employees write in with a satisfactory experience to offset the actual customers with a less than satisfactory one, do you? No, of course not, sorry I mentioned it. That would be dishonest and Art would never do that.
