Yet another Penthouse 10-26-10

It looks like my ol' buddy Art (Max Lexington) has bought yet another penthouse. It's big, it's opulent, and it's located on the 20th floor of a condo building in Grand Rapids Michigan. Grand Rapids is on the west side of the state and due to a relatively diversified economy was not as affected as the Detroit area by the Great Recession. He paid about $650,000 for the penthouse and a small apartment next door. He claims he will be staying there for a third of every month. Suuure he will. In case anyone is keeping count, this is the fourth residence that we know of. Of course, Art is not exactly welcome at the Grosse Pointe mansion anymore. More to come on this subject.
