Moocher 5-23-11

Went to Turtle Beach this weekend for my weekly allotment of an hour and a half of sun, sand, and surf. People surf cast right off the beach...and catch fish often. On many occasions, there is a helpful bird or two supervising the day's catch. I cannot recall the specific type of crane in the photo below, but next time I see him I shall remember to ask him.

Once in a while a successful fisherman
will give up a piece of his catch to the feathered
supervisor in the foreground.
