$215,000 in child support 6-1-11

This guy owes $215,000 to five different women in child support. His name is Tyrease Hicks. He's from Detroit, of course. I have an idea. Instead of prosecuting and jailing him, let's just forgive the debt! That's right, erase it! With one little catch, of course. He has to get a vasectomy, and bring 4 friends in to do the same. The State of Michigan can pay for it. This piece of trash is only 41 years old, and I hate to think about how much sperm he still has left. Birds of a feather flock together, so one can only imagine what kind of sewage he hangs out with. Five vasetomies now would save millions in the future. As a forward thinking businessman, what do you think about this idea, Governor Snyder?
