Siesta Key Beach 6-7-11

Allow me to explain one of the many reasons why this is such an upscale area: Because of this beach, college students come down here on vacation. They have an incredible time...it's hard not to. They go back to their northern state and endure more winters before graduation. Some have very successful careers or launch successful businesses. Do they purchase ski lodges? No, they want a home or condo in the vicinity of the number one beach in the U.S. where they have all those terrific memories! Compared to Florida's east coast, you get a HECKUVA lot more house for your money in Sarasota!
